1. What Support Includes

We provide support for:

  • Installation questions
  • File access issues
  • Basic usage guidance
  • Clarification of features
  • Troubleshooting errors
  • Fixing broken or corrupted downloads

2. What Support Does Not Include

Support does not cover:

  • Custom feature development
  • Custom spreadsheet design
  • Business consulting
  • Training in Excel
  • Modifying the software for your organisation
  • Rebuilding your data or files

These services may be available as paid custom work upon request.

3. Response Times

We aim to respond within:

  • 24 to 48 hours on weekdays
  • Longer during weekends or holidays

4. How to Request Support

Please include:

  • Your name
  • Product name
  • Order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Screenshots if helpful

5. Updates and Fixes

If a bug is discovered, we will work to correct it and provide an updated version of the file. Updates may be delivered through your marketplace account or directly by email.
