At Tregunta Lines, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Our tools are digital products, which means they cannot be returned once downloaded. However, we believe in fairness and transparency.
1. Digital Product Refunds
Because our products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, refunds are generally not offered. This is standard for digital downloads.
2. When a Refund May Be Considered
We may offer a refund in the following situations:
- You purchased the same product twice by mistake
- You experienced a technical issue that prevents the file from opening
- You contacted support and we were unable to resolve the issue
Refunds are not offered for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect expectations
- Inability to use Excel or lack of required software
- Workflow preferences
3. Marketplace Refunds
If you purchased through Etsy, Payhip or another platform, their refund rules apply. You may need to request the refund through their system.

If you believe you qualify for a refund, contact us with:

- Order number
- Email used for purchase
- Description of the issue
