1. How do I install my Tregunta Lines product?

Each product is delivered as an Excel file or a compressed folder. Simply download the file, open it in Excel and follow any instructions included in the welcome sheet. No installation or external software is required.

2. Do I need to enable macros?

Most Tregunta Lines tools use VBA to automate tasks. When you open the file, Excel may ask you to enable macros. Choose Enable Content to allow the tool to run correctly.

3. Does your software work on both Windows and Mac?

Most tools work on both platforms, but some advanced VBA features are supported only on Windows. Each product page includes compatibility notes. If you are unsure, contact support and we will guide you.

4. Do your tools work with Excel Online or Google Sheets?

No. Tregunta Lines tools are built for the full desktop version of Microsoft Excel. Excel Online and Google Sheets do not support VBA.

5. What if the file will not open or shows an error?

This is usually caused by:

  • Macros being disabled
  • File being blocked by Windows
  • Excel Protected View
  • Missing permissions

Contact support and we will walk you through the fix.

6. Can you customise a tool for my organisation?

Yes. Custom development is available as a paid service. If you need a tailored version of a tool or a new solution built from scratch, contact us with your requirements.

7. How long does support take to respond?

We aim to reply within 24 to 48 hours on weekdays. Response times may be longer during weekends or holidays.

8. What information should I include when requesting support?

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include:

  • Your name
  • Product name
  • Order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Screenshots if possible

9. Do you offer updates?

Yes. If a bug is found or an improvement is made, we may release an updated version. Updates may be delivered through your marketplace account or directly by email.

10. Do you collect any of my data when I use your tools?

No. All Tregunta Lines tools run locally on your device. We do not collect, store or transmit your data.
